“An apple fell on the ground and Newton discovered gravity.

Thousands of Palestinians fall, and no one has discovered humanity.”

No specification of being Muslim is required to comprehend the throughout happenings between Israel and Palestine. Being a person with five senses is adequate to see what is happening. This whole scenario cannot be named as an issue but only as barbarism and brutality. Nobody has the right to bring such unreasonable destruction to a nation.

Recognizing ‘Israel’ is like accept the crimes against humanity that gave a way to its existence. Such recognition is impossibly acceptable to exist in any sense, morality or legality. Jerusalem is under the occupation of Jews since 1948. 162 countries including United States, France, China, Germany, and Russia recognize Israel. However, Bhutan, Cuba, and North Korea- even being non-Muslim countries, do not recognize Israel.  Here I will mention Saudi Arabia and its activity throughout.

There was a time when Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Iran regarded Israel as their number one foe. Unfortunately, instead of working together to find a peaceful solution to the Palestine issue, Iran and Saudi Arabia have begun a race for regional domination and empire. Saudi Arabia now regards Iran as a larger danger to its world leadership than Israel. On the other hand, the situation in the Arab world, like the rest of the globe, altered dramatically following 9/11. Extremist groups such as Al-Qaeda and ISIS have posed a challenge to Arab countries. Furthermore, the Arab Spring shook Arab leadership and instilled a sense of uncertainty in them. As a result, Saudi Arabia and its close allies abandoned Hamas and left it alone. The emptiness was very painful.

However, on the attack on Al-Aqsa, Saudi Arabia condemned Israel’s violations against Palestinian rights, Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan said that Saudi Arabia calls on the international community to shoulder its responsibility “in the face of Israeli violations,” adding that they must intervene to end Israel’s actions. The Kingdom confirms its support for the Arab Peace Initiative, which assures Palestine the right to a state with East Jerusalem as its capital, according to Prince Faisal. Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki, for his part, stated that “Israel’s activities constitute an assault on Arabs, Muslims, and international norms.”

Kuwait ‘s foreign ministry denounced Israel’s barbarity at Al-Aqsa.  Kuwaiti Prime minister called for an end to the Israeli occupation and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.

Foreign ministry of Iran called on United Nations to condemn the bloody Israeli police. In a statement issued, Saeed Khatibzadeh, spokesman for Iran’s Foreign Ministry, denounced the Israeli attacks against civilians in Palestine.

“The Islamic Republic of Iran strongly condemns the Zionist aggression on the land of Palestine, the holy Quds and the noble Gaza, which has led to the martyrdom of dozens of civilians, including women and children, and the destruction of many of inhabited homes, something that blatantly violates the principles of human rights and international laws,” the statement said.

Egypt also criticized Israeli police actions. Egypt’s foreign ministry said, “The displacement of Palestinian families in Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood is a violation of resolutions of international legitimacy and the international humanitarian law.”

Turkey strongly condemned the Israeli forces on Palestinian worshippers and called on the Israeli government to put an end to this endless cruelty.  The foreign ministry of turkey said that Turkey will continue to support the just cause of the Palestinian people.

Pakistan’s Stance on Palestine-Israel Conflict:

Protests are held by thousands of people around the country. The protests were intended to demonstrate sympathy and support for Palestine. Protests were also held in major cities including Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, Karachi, Islamabad, and Quetta. Many people gathered outside the press club in Karachi. They set fire to Israeli flags. Expressing their displeasure with Arab leaders’ silence in the face of Israeli aggression, Muslims all around the world are doing strikes and protests,

ISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser on Monday said Israeli barbarity and oppression of innocent Palestinians against all human norms.

Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Munir Akram said that it has remained the basic principle of Pakistan after the establishment of Pakistan to support the self-determination of public movements in the world. He said that on this basic principle, Pakistan has a stance on Kashmir, adding that Islamabad has also the same stance regarding Palestine while following this principle.  In a statement, he said that recognizing Israel will be against the basic principle, adding that Pakistan is not a weak state which could be forced to quit its basic principle.

Pakistan’s stance on the Palestine-Israel conflict in an interview, Imran Khan said there was no change to it. He said that we cannot accept Israel until Palestinians are not given a just settlement, as in a settlement which they accept, we cannot accept [Israel]. In addition, Imran Khan urged party leaders to prepare preparations for nationwide protests. Following Khan’s approval for the demonstration, the decision was announced.

UNITED NATIONS: Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that Pakistan has joined hands with Palestine, Sudan, and Turkey to take a united stance at the session of the United Nations General Assembly on Palestine.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Imran Khan’s direction left for the USA along with Palestinian, Turkish, and Sudanese counterparts to raise the issue of Israeli aggression.  Shah Sahab arrived in Turkey on a diplomatic mission to support Palestinians. He would deliver a special speech at the UNGA session of debate on the situation in the Middle East in the UN General Assembly.
